Banned For a Gamerpic That Was a Solid Color?

I got banned today for having a Gamerpic that was just black, nothing more, nothing less. I have had this same Gamerpic on other accounts and
never once had to deal with this. I am so tired of this, this is literally the first time I have been banned on any of my accounts throughout the 2 years I have had this Xbox, and the reason is
Xbox for some reason, thought that the solid color of black for a custom Gamerpic was "inappropriate". This is a new account, barely have used it, just made it a few days ago.

I need someone to explain to me how this could be misinterpreted as inappropriate, because I do not see anything wrong with having a solid black Gamerpic. Did I miss something, is a solid black Gamerpic a sign of racism or something? is it associated with
a cult? What is so bad about having a Solid Black Gamerpic?

I was falsely banned! Help?

I was banned from changing my gamerpic for having an inappropriate gamerpic. The gamerpic is not at all inappropriate, it was just a logo of a company you find in all grocery stores. The ban is 1 day so i want to make sure that after im banned i can change
it back to what is was originally. I'm afraid that if i am falsely banned again i will get a longer ban.

 

Custom Gamerpics

Hi So ive been wanting to get a custom gamerpic but it says that i cant because of my past behavior even though ive only been communication banned once. Is there anyway to get a custom gamerpic even thou ive only been banned once?

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem. I won't be able to tell you what exactly happened and why your Gamerpic was tagged as inappropriate, but you can always submit a Case Review to try and get this overturned by going through the
Enforcement Website.

You should check your situation on Xbox Enforcement and talk to Support to see what they can do

 

Yeah I would for sure open up a case review on this one.

 

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

If that's the case they will overturn the ban.
