Banned for a face picture..

I was banned for a picture of my face… no skin showing, above the shoulder… just a guy with makeup… I was told there’s nothing they can do… and my 2 day ban had ZERO explanation as to why I was suspended… is Xbox just homophobic, or blindly enforcing violations that never happened in the first place… fix your system Xbox… been using Xbox for 6 years and this how I get treated by them… shows a lot about this company..

Picture is uploaded on the account here. Literally...Thats the picture...This Violates no Terms of Service, and it is custom made, not stolen. I own the rights to this Picture, The drawing is not copyrighted. If they say the blushing and the eyes facing
up is the reason for the ban, then im about to get a lawyer on this and file a lawsuit for infringing on my rights, for a service i pay for. This is rediculous

We have a similar issue, gamerpic was reported twice in one day, got 2 loads of 3 strikes, so 6 strikes and a 22 day ban for having a hand drawn gamerpic of a face... xbox won't do anything.

How can they give such significant bans for a picture of a side profile of a face? I'm beyond words, all the money and time invested they need to up there game.

Haha, yeah. I figured as much.

It was a four day ban, which seems a bit excessive for first time. Thank you for the reply, I'll just be careful in the future and crop more of the picture to be more of the face? (Face-filled? Wording is weird)

I'm guessing the lower bit of the photo may be too much? Not sure, but thanks for the reply
