    Not if you used threatening language or profanity. Best thing to do for your friend is have them report and block the person threatening them.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That would be the only possible to way to have it lifted.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts, it's always best to report and block a user like that instead of responding.
