Banned for a bad reason

why do the Xbox enforcement people have to be so strict? I had a gamerpic up of a lego in a bathing suit and they banned me. The thing is also I had no warning, It wouldn’t allow me to fight it so they are reviewing a case comment I didn’t write and I had
the gamerpic up for a whole month without anything happening. They should at least give a warning to take it down cause one little kid freaked out.

Hi my gamertag is and i was communications banned for no reason someone was talking bad to me but for some reason i was banned for a week please help me get unbanned thanks.

Since you have to agree to the code of conduct when you sign up, that is considered your warning.

 

no I mean like it says I can tell my side to then get unbanned but it wouldn’t let me it says I already did but I didn’t

 

Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
