    I'm permanently banned for modification of my avatars skin color and some game data. As a kid I enjoyed modding soldering chips emulators and the like when I was 15 I was permanently banned. I'm aware of the 1 year thing with accounts that are banned for 9999 but it's been such a long time now and I have grown as a person. I would like my account unsuspended but I do not know how to I wouldn't care if Microsoft wiped everything but my user name to be honest. Any feed back on how to reverse this would be great

    There's no way to have it reversed. You would have had to contact the enforcement team during that 1 year timetable, but even then, since you did mod the avatar, it's highly unlikely they would have lifted the ban.

    On your picture it says 707 hours and the time 15:03. I guess the ban will be lifted at 15:03 at the 02/15/20. After that you should reach out to the developer when it is still not working. It is a game specific ban that only the developer could help with.

    Oh, and when I log into the banned account on xbox.com it says I'm banned until 12/30/9999...

    Now I'm confused as to whether it's a perma ban, or temp ban.
