Honestly I shouldn't be banned for not completing a much because your service was not operating correctly. It's not my fault I kept getting signed out of live during a match. Nor should it count against you in hardcore if 3 people walk in front of you while
your firing your weapon it's not my fault other players are incompetent.

Gears of war 3 update required glitch

I had to clear my system cache because xbox live wasn't working properly, now I have to redownload the update and its stuck loading with update required on gears 3 other games are working fine.

Banned for 3 weeks

Maybe somebody can help me. I left my xbox for 5 minutes and when I came back it said I was banned because I was idling for 15 minutes. I'm banned for 3 weeks. Why did it do this. I have people that were playing the game with me and they know I was
only gone for 5 minutes!!!! Please help. I want this ban lifted.

Most of the time it's the games fault,but don't make such a big deal about it.It's only 5 minutes.

Nothing is 100% accurate because the technology they work with isn't 100% accurate.

After all it wasn't that long ago, late 2011, that they had to reverse many console bans because of false positives being recorded by their software. Microsoft
