Banned for 24 hours for no reason then Ambassador status revoked and absolutely no help from ...

Ok so nearly a month or so later still no help regarding this, no-one in support can help and the abassadors barely know how to gift a game to someone. I was wrongfully banned for 24 hours and when this happened it took away my Abassador status. I cannot
even re-apply as this is on my account. No-one in support knows who to talk to or to point me to and the answers I have had are absolutely laughable. I am an IT professional of 18 years and a gamer or 30 years, An Xbox owner of 12 years and this is the treatment
I get. I am very close to just shutting down my account and moving over to Playstation as my experience with their support and teams are far better than with Xbox Support. There is someone who can rectify this but no-one is willing to help. I suggest someone
comes up with a way of resolving this and looking at my ban and removing it from account record. This is no way to treat long standing Xbox owners and contributing members also.

I tried that game, and I can honestly say it is absolutely not happening for me. Guess I am stuck with my never-moving CUL 5 and my revoked Ambassador status. Oh god, here come the water-works...

MeYes but this is on my account and because of it for some reason it cancelled my Abassador role also. I was wrongfully suspended and there is no way to contest this because it was a 24 hour ban. So I wish to contest this to someone in authority given
it was wrongfully given to me and I have had no suspensions or issues before.

if you are a it person you should know better you cant gift games or solicit

If you send him a code that's fine but sharing your account online or asking for something in exchange is against the rules regardless of system

 

WWell if you had read your hand book you would've know how to solve your issue

Ambassadorship issues isn't a Xbox Support issue nor can it be handed by chat

You pm the head of the ambassadory

Enforcement actions can remove your ambassador statua

 

PPretty sure it's straight forward send the person a code

If you mwan any other method then no that's not allowed and is considered marketplace theft

Anything that has you give your login creditentials over the net isn't allowed it's only meant for actual friends and family

 

FYI you cant appeal 24hour suspensions you should know this as an ambassador

Also your history has to be clean of enforcement action

I have since mid December been without my Ambassador status as it was revoked when I was given a 24 hour ban wrongfully. Now I cannot apply or have it revoked as Boone can help me on the forums and your own Ambassadors have not been any help whatsoever.
I had to find this email address to try to get to the right person who can help.

I have been an Xbox owner and supporter for 12 years and I have never been treated so unfairly, so much so I have been thinking of selling it and moving to Playstation.

I hope you take this seriously as have put many years into Xbox and the brand and you will lose a very valued player and supporter.

Sorry dude a 24 hour communication banned is not appealable, but if I may ask did you already check your Microsoft Account email for the reason why you got suspended?

Regarding communication/chat?? I told one player he could face a possible ban because of using mods on a specific game then my console reboots and I get an email. Its taken away my Ambassador status so it needs to be removed from my account as it was wrongfully
given to me and this is not fair whatsoever. They dish out these suspensions but when a member wants to speak to someone there is no-one? A very unprofessional way to treat people who pay for a service and no wonder Sony are winning console sales if Microsoft
treat their hardcore year and year subscribers this way. All I want is to speak to someone with authority regarding revoking this ban.
