    hello I've been banned from Xbox for 2 weeks and it's shown the reason why but awkwardly I'm not bad with communication so I'd like to know why I got banned instead of just saying one word I'm hoping I can get munch ban lifted early or now please

    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further information will be our Xbox Enforcement page while
    signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our Contact Us page to inquire if there is an enforcement action and for how long. They can't
    assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can file for a case review if eligible.

    I just wanted to chime in on this post to let you know that phone support cannot help with enforcements nor can they answer questions about them. The only place to get information or have questions on enforcements answered is via https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    You need to post here.

    I would ask though,if you have no idea why you were banned,what makes you think its anything to do with a private match?

    Clearly you know something happened in that game.

    It makes no difference if you are playing private or public, the code of conduct remains the same.

    Microsoft make the rules not you.

    I would also like to see all proof to support any such claims to enforce ban. assumptions are not sufficient grounds so have proof. Also the fact this was a private match should also be considered.
