    Banned for 100 days on Xbox Communication and Online


    Enforcement Team banning my Account and another Family account for having a argument with another Player. I may have said some stuff but according to the Enforcement team I was repeatedly bullying, harassing someone which it was definitely not. I'm sick
    of getting banned for nothing it's Xbox what does the Enforcement team think it's Xbox people are gonna talk smack. I believe 100 days is too much of a ban, tbh I don't think they reviewed what ever happened. Atm I feel like selling my Xbox and buying a PS4
    because I'm sick of the Enforcement team banning me. Hopefully they unban me but I don't think they will :/

    please can I get a case review for a ban on the account , I was banned for 100 days and yes 100 days. I am communication banned FOR 100 DAYS!!! Whyyyyyyy. Please xbox I'm such a long supporter please help me out and decrease the suspension.

  3. not being able to play online

    I was recently communications banned for 14 days which I accepted but upon signing in today and trying to play online for some reason I cannot I was wrongfully communication banned because of xbox's system with the gamer picture and now I'm multiplayer banned
    I don't even have a message saying I was multiplayer/communication banned and now none of my accounts can play online

    I'm sorry, the enforcement team does not use the forums and there is nothing anyone in the forums can do for you. If you feel your suspension was in error, and if you haven't already done so you can file a case review at

    Something to keep in mind, while games have ratings Live is rated E for everyone. The ability to mute and block players is available on every console. If you don't recall how to do so, you can follow the steps

    I was sent to this forum by a chat agent, who said that if I posted here then it would be brought to the attention of the enforcement team. I was also promised an email reply within 72 hours last week by another chat agent. I am tired of being given wrong

    Unfortunately phone and chat are known for giving incorrect information regarding issues they don't directly handle. The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no other way to contact them. With the 100 day bans all you can do is wait them
    out. You are responsible for your account at all times. It is also a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts.

    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.
