Banned even more after decision upheld?

Hi, Tuesday night, 3/19/2018 I was banned for two weeks on Xbox over an innapropriate gamer picture that my friend posted into my account, I had just done the ACT test and had friends over after, and they got into my phone and had a day. The inappropriate
photo was up for mere seconds, and Xbox later suspended me for two weeks. I could still play multiplayer games, but I couldn’t chat. Makes sense & that’s okay with me. I’m responsible for my account. But I did submit a case review to explain myself, and see
if they could shine any light on what I could do (since my friends were in my account).

Today, they sent me back the case review & said that the decision was upheld. That’s okay with me and all, but here’s the big problem.

AFTER my case review, they then took away my multiplayer capabilities. AFTER THE INITIAL PUNISHMENT WAS GIVEN! .. I’ve never really seen before that if somebody appeals something, they get punished even more. That’s not fair law. Is there any way Xbox can
give me an explanation on why they expanded the punishment? Any info on if this was accidental? Thanks.

Banned from account?

I got banned minutes after recovering my account from being hacked, never received notice to email account about console being banned permanently. People at support were equally useless in their reference to enforcement which provided no email or link to
reverse their decision. Outraged probably gonna go to PlayStation after this fiasco, wall because my account got hacked! Can't even defend myself, maybe should get state's attorney General involved or the FBI. Whomever these hackers are they are laughing
at xbox, microsoft, and me. So fed up!

Don't think I'm getting either but Halo seems the much better value package on paper to me.

 

They would not have expanded on the original punishment it would have been another violation of the code of conduct that someone reported that would have caused them to put another suspension on the account.

 

No, because since then I haven’t been on Xbox. And they would have notified me if I broke another code of conduct.

 

Have you checked the enforcement website to see if there was a new enforcement action placed against the account?

Enforcement reports can take a while for the enforcement team to investigate so the new report could have happened before the one you think it was from and they just now got to investigate it and determine that there was a violation and put the new suspension
on the account.
