    HELLO Need help.

    My name is Micah.

    I bought it at the end of 2017 a xbox one person, with the number of Sn 182057544248

    But I've never played live online, i never shared an account or bought a pirated account.

    Please help me tidy up my console.

    Thanks.. Just wanted to know. Some other service I use I have read they could ban your account if you dispute a charge or something through your CC company instead of talking with them

    Banned error

    If you bought the console used, it could be banned due to something the previous owner did. You can find more information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
    but there is no way to have them removed. You would want to try contacting the person you bought it from for a refund.

    I want to get someone unbanned

    If he is console banned, it is a perma ban. If his account got hacked and he still got banned, he can try to talk to them on the forums, but bans are typically irreversible even if it is in error.

    The error code you've posted means your console is banned.

    The majority of console bans are permanent & never lifted.
