Banned Enforcement contact

There HAS to be another way to get a hold of the enforcement team. Someone at Xbox can fire over an email to them or something on behalf of users.

My 10 year old son's account has been banned for life. I've gone to the enforcement page. It said this account "may" have been trying to steal from marketplace. What? I submitted a case review saying we have no idea what they're talking about and would
like more info. Came back with upheld and a bunch of "may have" this and "may have" that and "could have been able to". No real information at all. And now, I can't contact them at all. There's no email. There's no phone number. No appeal process. Nothing.
No way to give feedback.

PLEASE someone at Xbox fix this insane dictator-like mentality and let people have a voice. Even if the judgement is final, I deserve to know what my 10-year-old allegedly did.

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. The case review is the appeal process I don't think you fully understand what marketplace theft is

When you ask for refunds without xbox authorization you are only allowed one per year otr share your account to use it to gain access to content for free

That's marketplace theft

This can be bank charge backs by you or your bank

Why would there ever be a contact info

No service has this and never rwill for the simple reason it would be so spammed they would be harassed by spammers and no one with a real problem would get thru

All enforcement on any service is handled thru moderated methods like chat and no they won't tell you what incured the offence you can check your commerce.microsoft.com account to see if there is any charge backs

 

Here is a scenario that would constitute market place theft. I am not saying this is what happened in your case but here is an example.

1. There are some charges made onto the account on say your credit card that you did not authorize.

2. You call up your bank to dispute those charges and then the bank contacts Microsoft saying that these charges are disputed and then the charges are what is called charged back basically removed from the Microsoft account and credited back to the bank.
Microsoft sees this as a way of getting around their refund policy and trying to get something for free hence marketplace theft.

What should happen in a scenario like this is to contact xbox support when the charges are noticed and let them know there are charges that you do not recognize on the account and then they would look into it and give a refund if in policy.

What you can try and do is to sign into your sons account at commerce.microsoft.com it will show you the purchase history of his account and will show if there was any refunds/chargebacks done on any purchase.
