    My brother used my xbox one and got me banned permanently. How do i get all my digital games back.

    Question about DLC/Digital Content

    All dlc/digital games are linked to your account.You are not allowed to sell dlc/digital games & it could result in you & the buyer getting banned.

    Why buy digital?

    Can Microsoft end your digital games? Yes. Can they end your physical games? No, they will work forever. Can you sell digital? No. Can you give away digital? No. Will your digital games work if your account gets banned? No. You dont own a thing. You are
    renting a license, and Microsoft is allowing you to rent their game for as long as they allow you to do so.

    You are responsible for all activity on your account (even if not used by you), and anything that happens if your account gets in trouble. Section 4(a)(iv)(2) of the Microsoft Services Agreement states that digital licenses (games, DLC, etc) are deleted upon
    account closure.

    Enforcement matters are not handled on the forums because the Enforcement team does not browse the forums.

    You will need to go to http://Enforcement.xbox.com, and if eligible, submit a case review.

    No. There's no way to transfer digital ownership of a game. You forfeit everything on an account once it's banned.

    Lemme get your opinion on something guys...

    If you have 50 digital games and get a console ban, don't you essentially lose your 50 digital games? That seems extremely harsh. lol Oh I know some of you will recite the ToS to me, please don't. Just making an observation. I suppose you could
    buy a new console and gain access to them again. I think that's so??
    With a console ban you could access your digital content with a new console. A profile ban will takes away all your rights to the content that was purchased.

    While I don't think M.S. bans consoles/profiles without being "sure"; it's a risk you take with digital.

    Starting a new account is fine as is playing any digital games on that console.

    It's the account that was banned,not the person.
