Banned console, please read, help

Hello, banned console than playing the game, I did not cheat in any game, I want more reasons banned console, called Xbox support were directed here, please help.

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

Call Xbox Support and ask them. They should be able to give you more details, but it seems like maybe your account was accessed somewhere else, which is never good.

Sorry your console got banned. First and foremost please do not post any info in the forums including console serial numbers. With the console ban, those are permanent and there is no appeal process, and no one on the forum can help with this issue.Devices
can be banned from Xbox Live for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Xbox console tampering, such as physically opening an Xbox console and modifying it to play illegitimate or unauthorized software
  
• Online fraud, such as phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players
  
• Repeated egregious violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement that establish a clear pattern of nefarious activity

I know the rules. and I want to know why I prohibited console. I had to turn to see if legal action

 

The only resource with that information is the enforcement team. You can log in to the site and see if there is any information there. No one in the forums will have that information. enforcement.xbox.com/home

 

I already know this site. This site does not help me. Somebody tell me why why console banned. it is enough. I wish if I had PS4. Console unnecessarily banned and anyone that does not cause statement.

 

No one here can tell you why your console is banned. The enforcement team are the only ones who handles suspensions/bannings and they do not post here. Since console bans cannot be case reviewed, the only thing you can do is review the information on the
enforcement site.

 

I wrote in the enforcement section of the forum, but no one answered. What should I do. I want the removal of the ban. Because I did not do any bad behavior.

 

The enforcement team no longer uses the forums which is why you have not received an answer. Console bans are not eligible for a case review, so there is nothing else you can do.

As what Smwutches said console bans are permanent and cannot be undone. But as for your account you can request a case review
here and see if the enforcement team chooses to resolve the account suspension.

Good question if you haven't signed in click sign in at the top right then as soon as you sign in you'll see a orange hammer click the square with that the hammer. And as soon as the page loaded it'll show the reason of the ban / suspension. Click apply
for review on the right side of the page and you'll get the rest from there.

 

Console bans are not eligible for a case review.
