    BANNED BY XBOX STALKERS 3RD TIME WITHIN A YEAR


    Im currently banned for voice comms by kids who bully my friends and myself on Xbox. This is the 3rd time within a year ive been banned by these people and its getting to the point of selling my xbox. Im getting fed up with being abused by these people and
    i want something done about this. Im not a social person and only talk to about 5 people on xbox. I want to be unbanned and people to stop getting groups to report me. Its unfair and annoying. I hope this is fixed soon or im selling my xbox. Im done with this

    What happens if you get banned for the 3rd time within a year?

    So if i underatand this correctly, if i get unluckly enough and the enforcement team deems it necessary, my entire account could essentially no longer exist?

    No one but an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions issued by the enforcement team and they do not use the forums.

    You can submit a case review

    If you run into any users that are breaking the code of conduct be sure to report them, mute them and then block them. DO NOT respond to them.

    To get unban you need to file a case review with the enforcement team. As for getting bullied by other you should always report the players who are doing the bulling and do not retaliate or respond to them in any form, also you can block them. Once you
    respond in any fashion that violates the code of conduct you will have some kind of enforcement action against you too.

    To get unban you need to file a case review with the enforcement team. As for getting bullied by other you should always report the players who are doing the bulling and do not retaliate or respond to them in any form, also you can block them. Once you
    respond in any fashion that violates the code of conduct you will have some kind of enforcement action against you too.

    As Smwutches and Tormaz mentioned, it depends on the severity of the violation as to the suspension that is issued.

    Permanent suspensions are not issued lightly. You can read more about the consequences here:

    The only ones that can answer if you would get a permanent suspension if you get another is an Enforcement Team member. Support is unable to assist with Enforcement times. The Enforcement team is only contactable via the case review process at the enforcement
    site.

    There's typically no hard rule for how many bans result in a permanent ban. Typically it depends on how frequent, the type of suspensions, the severity of the activity, etc. However, permanent bans full bans, meaning your Xbox live account would no longer
    work.
