again BANNED for nothing I was play in rainbow six eage I had fun some guy teamkilled me (toxic why not ban him but oke) I sent a message to him why did you team kil me yeah i was mad so I sead fag so he said My friend told me to do so I typed
are you his slave he said yes than I wanned to reply to that and I cant cause im banned for nothing pls unban me or make it les long to wait

Banned by mistake. Again

I've been banned by mistake again and thought again it was because of people i've been killing in gta were mad at me and reported me. I've been told by microsoft support that it was something about opening consoles and playing like illegal games or something.
I personally dont think opening a console would do anything besides break it, and playing illegal games is something id really do since i sit and play gta all day.. but if its truly believed that im doing all this crazy illegal stuff and that im a criminal
i'd like to let you know that it is a mistake and i heavily request for my account to be unbanned. I've also been recently informed by a microsoft support member that my account has been hijacked and being used for illegal criminal stuff and he recommended
that i change my account password and everything would be cleared. thank you!

The enforcement team members are the only ones who can do anything about any suspensions they issued. They do not use the forums. They can only be contacted through the case review process on

A couple things to keep in mind, the separate suspensions are most likely issued for separate incidents. This page explains it very well: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/whatshappening/news.

The other - just because you see a user you reported still playing a day or two after you submitted a report doesn't mean they got away scot free. Odds are the report
is still being investigated. Every report is looked into and investigations take time. Sure some may be issued quickly, others can take longer. The enforcement team will not provide any users updates on any reported incidents.

Should you decide to move to Sony, remember they have some of the same rules as Microsoft.

you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called
"Review" next to the current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
