Banned by someone who started harassing me first

Hi,

I recently got a suspension for 24 hours for what I am assuming was my language that I used in a message. I understand my ban and I am not trying to get it undone but I wanted to make sure the person who got me banned, got banned as well because the other
person went out of there way to message me first with a threatening message after I killed his tank (on the opposite team) on World of Tanks. This is the first ban I have ever got and I have been playing with no bad reps since the Original Xbox came out. I
just want to make sure something is being done to the other player for his actions that he initiated.

Can I get someone banned?

It takes a lot to get someone banned. You have to get a bunch of your friends to also complain about this user. I had someone who was harassing my sister and we even called up support, wrote to mods on the Live forums and the best they said was, "Just ignore the person and if they get enough complaints they will get banned." So if someone is just being awful to one person, they are not going to do anything about it. They want them to keep paying for Live so they don't want to ban people left and right.

 

I am very disappointed. I have been banned unfairly from xbox live.

I just got banned because someone sexually harassed me and I told them to stop sexually harassing me and I'm the one that got banned

 

As long as you filed a complaint on him, the enforcement team will investigate him and take action.

 

Even if someone else "started it", its still never OK to harras someone back. If you file a complaint via the dashboard, the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team will investigate. 24 hour suspensions are not elligable for review.

 

if you broke the rules of the code of conduct, the issues ban is fair.
