Banned by chatting with an Employee

So the other day I was having a fun time on Xbox Live. I wanted to know if it was possible to transfer game Via USB. I found an employee who was willing to help. Well things took a turn for the Worst.

Her name was Jamela. She was very rude and poorly helpful to me.

She kept saying I didn't understand and how she thought I was outsmarting her and whole bunch other ****.

So I finally got fed up and ended the chat. Two minutes later I got a message from the enforcement team who does a poor job on doing what they are supposed too.

I got suspended for 14 days. Voice Communications.......................

Problems like this are best resolved by live chatting with Microsoft employees or tweeting @XboxSupport. They will be able to help you better than anyone here and alot faster. Hope they can help.

Is it legal/allowed for an xbox employee to change my gamertag if the account is banned

One of my accounts that i owned is banned. But it is mine and since the gamertag is considered "cool" it was taken by an employee. Literally someone accessed my account and changed it so they can have the name. No it wasnt stolen by somebody random you cannot
change a banned gamertag. It was an employee and im upset wether it was banned or not

You would not be banned for chatting with an employee. Suspensions are not instant so the enforcement team would have been investigating your account for something else that could have happened weeks before.

I tried, but there were problems with the chat, I used their chat bot, but when I was connected to an employee, for some reason I did not see his message and could not write (the input line was not visible)

but the employee's name was.

It is best to head in to a chat conversation with a employee of xbox support.

Ignore the user by using the report and avoid player functions-

A Microsoft employee would never act in such a manner and they wouldn't "threaten" you with a console/anything bad threat.

A Microsoft employee wouldn't contact you with a message about when you will be banned or even tell you a specific date you would just be banned, you sign in and a message would pop up with information on the banning. The person was just trolling you i suggest
you leave feedback on them since it's against the terms to impersonate a Microsoft employee.
