banned by a newly created account while ive been a paying costumer for 7 years?

ive been banned for defending myself on xbox messages from accounts that were made just to abuse the ranking system if a game while ive been with xbox for 7 years? because a bunch of young kids didnt like that i beat them in a game so they make new accounts
for free just to report one person. this is unfair and all the more reason to end my subscribtion and go to ps4. which i do not want to do but if xbox is ganna ruin my weekend the only time i get to really sit down and play because of unfair enforcment on
xbox, than i may have no choice but to play other consels. like what seems more likely a 7 year old account gets his first banned ever? or that the accounts that havent been around for 2 months im betting are abusing the system?

My gamertag FARrock25

someone broke into my account a while back and did some theft related things under my gamertag. i know my account was hacked because i remember having to recover my gamertag on my xbox many times in the past AND I NEVER gave anyone my account login info.
my account was banned for marketplace theft last week and ive never stole anything from the marketplace.. my account is almost a 4 year account and ive been paying for everything i downloaded with the same bank account i had since i first created my gamertag..
can you guys help me get my account back?

i checked that beforehand and absolutely nothing has been added to that, theyve just banned me and refusing to tell me why, just a way of robbing people of money, ive had xbox for 7 years now and been paying for live that long, how can they just ban me and
treat me like ****?

Hi there ive been a loyal Xbox live costumer for 12 years and my friend was using my account Excition from 2019 to right now while I was away on vacation and botted people followers and got them banned which resulted in my account getting perm banned is
there any way of getting my account back cause I summited a case review with enforcement and got upheled is anything I could do

hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.
