Banned but not showing up on the enforcement website

i talk to xbox support and they said i was banned on may 24 until september 1 but it doesnt say im banned on the enforcement website and i dont understand i got banned on the 24 if i was already banned before the 24.

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

 

My communications were banned two weeks ago & the ban has been lifted

my communications were banned two weeks ago two days after I was already banned for supposedly cheating in 2k my park & the ban has been lifted. I'm not understanding why my communications are still banned it's showing that I have an orange hammer on the
enforcement website but there is no description of the enforcement that's taking place still. I have a good reputation & don't get banned much can anyone from support please help. The ban has been lifted for 3 days now I've tried every troubleshooting thing
I could think of.

 

The exact same thing is happening to me too! Please let me know if this gets resolved for you.

If it's not showing on the Enforcement site for you, then it's likely a console suspension that has been made on your console. These types of suspensions are not eligible for Case Review.
