Banned but have no idea why?

I received a message to say I was banned from Xbox live. I was wondering how I can find out why ? To my knowledge I have not done anything wrong.. and the email doesn't say any specifics. I noticed the email was sent to me at 4am too??.. Is there a delay
in sending emails as I would never be online at that time of day. I am lost as to what to do now, please help, thank you.

I have no idea why but I was console banned I never did anything I need some help

my account has gotten communication banned and multiplayer banned and I'm not worried about communication banned I'm worried about the multiplayer banned and I have no idea why I was multiplayer banned but if you could please help I would really appreciate

Just to also state.. when I have looked at the instance it states "threatening and or abuse" or something like that and the complaint was filed at 4am.. i didn't even get up til 9 !.. Does this mean someone hacked my account?!?!.. thank you in advance, I
am not worried someone else has got hold of it.

The enforcement team takes time to investigate issues so suspensions/bans are not always enforced on the same day that the action took place. It could have happened weeks or months before.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums.

You can check your status and file for a case review (if eligible) at https://enforcement.xbox.com.

The offense could have taken place at any date and time. From minutes to weeks (or more). XBLPET typically act after a report has been filed and it can time for them to investigate. That time and date would be when the enforcement action was placed on your
account. XBLPET purposely do not state the details of the event partly in order to protect the person reporting from being harassed.

My dad tried to go on the xbox this morning.. (logged in on his own account) and he is not able to access online now either, nor is my brother, so does this mean the entire Xbox is banned???... thank you. I still have no idea what the issue could be, I
wish I could find out the exact occurance as to my knowledge I have not breached anything. I do wonder what sort of evidence is used when banning someone, and that it isn't just someone who I have beaten on FIFA who has reported me out of bitterness. Many
