Banned because some guys i know all report me

Some guys i know decided it would be fun to report me and now im banned for 100 days. They reported me for cheating and voice communications. I dont deserve this as i have done none of these claims. Is there any way to sort this out as it is completly unfair.

Can I get someone banned?

I am just wondering if I report someone due to inappropriate language or comments will the gamer ban?. I message many of friends to report a certain gamer tag as well because I want him to be ban. It is normal to hear a lot or curse but this guy got into my nerves.

Ban

I am Mad because you guys go banned me for I don't know how long while the other person should of got banned too I know why I get banned but the other person that started it first I accidently shot because I was shooting drones and he thinks that I was trying
to kill him but I'll do is comment why why did you kill me and the other person doesn't text me but ok so I see the person I shot the person and leave but the person still want to talk to me so the other person said pssy which meant **** so I said something
more mean and he reports me you guys should check the messages before you banned someone what if someone said a mean word and the other guy says it back but the other guy reports him and can't do anything because you guys or girls believe what ever he said
is going to lie but please check the messages before you banned someone

You will never be suspended/banned just because someone reported you "for fun".

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you can go to the enforcement site
here for info about your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

Hey there! Head on over to this link for
Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called
"Review" next to the current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding
the Enforcement team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here,
Enforcement Home.

Some guy has reported me for apparently boosting on MW3... i don't even know how to boost, i've never modified or changed anything on my xbox at all, but im worried that i might get banned... help?

yes but when the code of conduct say "(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of Conduct prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)" it make just no sense to read it because
it's not complete and because the guy who typed is a slacker

the respect insn't in the list, there is people who are toxic AF who don't know what is the respect they offend intentionnaly excuse me but when some people send you excuse me for that "son of a b*tch" or "****
you m*m" + degrading my experience, i reported them multiple times and when they get ban we got notified and the last notification i got was at the 05/31/18 and i got maybe 30 message with insult all reported but when i talk dirty to these guy they report
me and booooooom banned like i'm THE BAD GUY WTH ?

STORYTIME : i was playing some rainbow six siege (competitive like always) and in the ennemy team 2 people was abusing of an invisible glitch, this wasn't the first time, i met them several time in game and reported
them each time (but at a moment i decided to insult them because it was too much)

do they see the reason why and what hapenned ? or they just saw my message and instant ban

and is it possible to have contact with the xblpet team ( not with the case review) because the case review seems to be useless for me
