    Banned because of spam reporting


    So my main account "TheMadMEMER has been banned from xbox live forever, due to spam reports from a guy and his friends. While playing Modern warefare remastered this guy and his friends were talking trash, so i told them to shut up because its cod and no one
    cares. after saying this they then told me they were going to spam report my account. After a couple of days they sent me a message with a link to a reddit post that they made saying to report me for harassment. Not thinking that it would work, about 3 days
    after that message the account was perma banned for, you guessed it, harassment and hate speech. After an attempt to explain my self to the EBLET they merely shrugged off my both proof and case review. The account had 8 years of gaming history, and 77181 gamer
    score.

    If someone can please help me get my account back i will love you.

    Spam Reporting

    You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    As long as you have done nothing to violate the code of conduct, nothing will happen to you.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you faced this kind of problem.

    I saw that you have already contacted support for them to review your ban and that unfortunately it has not been approved, in case they have already made that decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait for the ban time to expire.

    Again I'm sorry you went through this, I know how frustrating it can be.

    Unfortunately not, a case review is the only way you can get in touch with the enforcement team to get to appeal their decision.

    Since, it was declined, I am afraid the only option left is to wait for the ban to end!
