Banned because of new players

I was recently put on suspension for belief of cheating and communication for having fun with friends and a random new player took it seriously getting mad at us team killing and reporting us. I don't know his gamer tag but he team killed me and my friends
did it back because we were having fun in a casual match and I was put on suspension. BUT I have been out of town for three days since that and got banned today so i put description as out of town but actually side of this but shouldn't be banned for both
anyway.

Can xbox ban banned players for creating a new account?

when i was playing the 360 i have had lots of accounts that got banned because i was being jerk and getting involved with hacking. I can say i have grown up. I would like to make a new account but im worried i will be banned for coming back. Can xbox ban
banned players for coming back with a new account?

I am banned because of the bad players who file complaints because they lose I want to be debannised otherwise I file complaint against Microsoft for scam.

 

is there a way I can change or have someone take both into account if this situation

Just some advice, in future, report the guy and don't retaliate by team killing him back.

head over to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Login with your MS account and click the hammer icon.

From there you can find all info regaring your ban like duration, reason etc.

If you think the ban is unfair, you can submit a case review from there and a PET will look in to it.

The enforcement team isn't on these forums, so you won't be helped by them from here.

 

I just wanted to add to the conversation that enforcement actions are not immediate and could be from something you did a while back. They also do not happen automatically while you are offline but wait until the next time you log in to take effect. The
enforcement will end at the same time that it first started.
