    My account has been hacked into various times in the past 4 years (never gave out my passcode) but recently I was hacked AGAIN and the hackers sent foul and racist messages to other people on Xbox Live, which triggered a permanent ban from Xbox Live. Every
    time I get hacked I always change my password, but it is usually to late, as the hackers always decide to send bad messages to other people. Recently the hacker has sent a racial slur to someone under my account. I submitted 4 CASE REVIEWS explaining this
    to XBLPET, but they refuse to help me. It seems like they would rather ban people, causing them to lose thousands instead of helping fight hacks. Now I have a banned useless account under the name "X Calibration X". What can I do now? There's nothing in the
    COC that says you get banned if someone HACKS into your account and sends unwanted messages. They've denied all my case reviews and now I can't speak to anyone. What can I do now???

    Banned because of hack!

    You are responsible for your account security and the permanent suspension will stand. Unfortunately you cannot do anything after the case reviews get denied.

    Volitant I am with you on that one! Sadly, even if you work for a company that can bypass phone number security codes to retrieve emails then that too would mean a permanent suspension from Microsoft. I just hope they don't foolishly suspend the wrong people
    such as Major Nelson, right?
