Banned Because of Being In A Game With Hackers.

I was casually playing xbox back in 2014, on MY gamertag Cam SF
and I encountered a hacker in a modern warfare 2 game, and I a black ops 2 game as well, within the same day or two days, where they were leveling people up and unlocking all challenges, I did not know what was going on because I was only 13 or 14 years old,
and I did not think anything of it. I continued playing all night then I went to bed. I woke up the next day permanently banned with an email from Microsoft labeling me a cheater because of a few hackers that were inconsiderate. My friend who I was playing
with was banned as well around the same time frame for the same reason his gamertag was
Hush Dream if that helps with any further investigations. But, I would do anything to get that account back because of all the memories it holds, and all of the actual legitimate stats that are on the account. And I have been trying to get
the account back for the past 3 years, calling support and trying to get a case review etc. etc. If you could please review my account, and conversation with the
Microsoft Support Employee, Amanda M. the conversation, between her and myself is here: SR 1392487359 . It would be much appreciated if I could get my account reviewed, I have been constantly checking back to see if
it was ever unbanned but nothing has changed. I also prefer no mods or hacking because I am a very competitive person, and getting into games nowadays with hackers I leave immediately because it is unfair and I normally lose (which I hate), and I do not want
to risk getting banned once again. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

How does xbox not do anything about this??

I have been doing that for years...since christmas of 08, I have a rival on the wwe games that I have been reporting for years, he got banned once, not because he hacked me in a game but because he a cuss word in his motto lol, I'm sick of my gaming experience
being screwed over because of hackers/glitches and nothing being done about it, I'm almost at the "if ya can't beat em join em" mind set...

 

I thought hacks were supposed to be "Prevented"

Not anymore, Infinity-ward don't monitor the Mw2 Servers anymore, because it just a "old Game" it the same as Cod4 hackers don't get banned because of the game's age.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Since the ban took place over a year ago, it would no longer be possible to have your case reviewed.
