Banned and Xbox got trolled into doing it

Hi,

So I got a ban 6/1- 6/2 for saying somethings to a troll and I know shouldn't have and I own it. Never had a problem before but lost my cool. But then I get banned again with out even talking to anyone at all lasting till the 15th ( I think I got on between
bans to play maybe and hr of siege with a friend)? I submitted a review and it was upheld for some reason but how can I keep being banned for 1 instance? They also won't go into detail about why and when. That's like my parents getting on a plane to come ground
me again for a 5th grade spelling test I failed 15 years ago. I submitted for a review and I don't think they did their due diligence and actually did any investigating. I bet they pulled up the report from the same guy or his friend that as of last week still
harass me and made either false claims or like I stated before reported another message that I sent in that same hourish of back and forth F***offs, trolling, ect some of which I sang. Honestly I at this point I don't think anyone cares because they already
have my money and will just give me the same walk around I get but I'm soo tired of this and expect another ban as soon as I get off this one and I know this means nothing to any xbox support reading this but at this point I'm about to just sell my 3 xboxs
and buy a PlayStation and hope their support is a bit more user friendly. I'm sick of all the bs there is nothing we can do answers and I know the team doesn't look at the forms but your " support" team that hung up on me suggested I post a form. Screw Microsoft
and Xbox live.

Banned from Xbox live

I've been banned for 7 days from Xbox live apparently for messaging, or in other words I was getting trolled on GTA v so I trolled back, the other player didn't take it too well and reported me for cursing it annoys me that Xbox take there word as gospel
without doing any research on the matter and decide that you should get banned. XBOX YOU SUCK

Thanks for the immediate response. If the issue persists after 24 hours, you may remove and re-add your Microsoft account on your console to refresh your Xbox profile. Make sure to restart your console before adding back your Microsoft account.
