    Banned and won't let me play games on xbox one ?


    So my account is banned why can't I play the games I paid for ? I should be able to sign in offline on xbis one and play the games I bought and paid money for otherwise I want a full refund for all the games I am unviable to play.

    Won't let me play the video game

    I just buy mafia 3 on xbox one and it won't let me play and keep saying this not a xbox one game so I buy it online now it won't let me install the game.

    Won't let me play games

    I try and sign in and it prompts me to send feedback. I hit cancel and it goes back to home but doesn't let me log in. I hit send feedback and it wants me to install and app to send feedback but won't load the page. Super frustrating!

    Is my Xbox One defective?

    I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!

    Hey there Hammer!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, start by
    power cycling     your console. This can often cause a lot of quirks that may pop up to go away. The next thing you'll want to check is to make sure that your console is fully updated. You can check by going to
    Settings then scrolling down to System and over to
    Updates. If your console has an update pending, you'll want to go ahead and download and install it.

    If it's totally updated, I would recommend going over to Console info and

    factory resetting     the console. You can keep any games and apps when you do this so start with that.

    Hopefully one of those does the trick but if not, post back and let us know when you're running into this issue in particular. Good luck!

    The USB device is the way to try it, but it probably won't work: usually, non-banned consoles see saved files from a banned console as "corrupt" and will not let you access them. Sorry.
