Banned and not play?

Hi the compte was banned for 3 days at 28 January. my child can not play. i understand he dont play on x box one and...febrary 1 another email to ban send to me...nobody was at home...can play...no access at xbox...why this? where i can call please?

I was banned for a day and was not lifted fully after said it should be. I cant talk to anyone or here

Just to add onto what the above posters have said, if this is an Xbox LIVE suspension then you will also have received an email that would of been sent to the email address that is tied to the account in question. That should have the information in you
need.

they are banning people from playing the game there are in-game bans

It's kind of scary because not only can the ban you for online play, they can ban you for offline play.

An xbox 360 console is never banned based on the games that the profile is playing or has played.. This includes playing halo 4 early. Microsoft bans based on modified hardware flash in the dvd drive / nand images. Given that this new console is not modified,
you will not be banned for playing this game now or ever.

How can they ban you for playing a copy you bought and paid for? I'd play it. If they ban you, call and raise hell.
