    My account ", FS High" were in that account. When my Xbox 360 Arcade with Sega superstars tennis and 5 game bundle got banned in November 18th, I wan't to know why.

    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue and they do not use the forums. You will have to visit

    Banned not lifted

    I have a comms banned that won't let me play online I did the case review and was still banned for 14 days ridiculous. 10/22/17 at 11:38pm my banned was supposed to be lifted but still can't play online but I am able to sign in? I don't get it?

    Banned and Not lifted

    If you were banned from Live as a whole you'll need to ask the Enforcement Team here:forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    If you were banned from certain games you would need to speak with the publisher.

    There is nothing or anyone else can do about this here. You are going to have to take this up at 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes,
    console bans, and other enforcement actions.

    Hey there Banned and Not lifted :)

    Just to add onto what the above posters have said, if this is an Xbox LIVE suspension then you will also have received an email that would of been sent to the email address that is tied to the account in question. That should have the information in you
    need.

    I was banned for a day and was not lifted fully after said it should be. I cant talk to anyone or here

    How long is my communication ban?

    The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.

    I have been falsely banned for 2 years now before the new enforcement program was released I did my time may I be unbanned now?

    If the enforcement team did not lift the ban when you submitted the appeal, then the ban won't be lifted. Any permanent bans given prior to the strike system being put in place, were not lifted.

    Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me

    The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

    Your account has been suspended from Xbox LIVE.

    Your ban is lifted around the same time as the ban was imposed. IE if your ban was imposed at 9pm it'll be lifted around that time.

    The date/time the ban lifts would be at the end of the ban description on enforcement.xbox.com

    If there is no date/time listed, it may have already lifted.
