Banned and don't have answers

I got banned and I was online for only 15 minutes. My account says I have a perfect record... (see the screenshot).,.. The guy that reported me said racist things to me, and I only told him he sucked and got banned for 1 week!! please help and explain this because it does not show up on my account! So Microsoft now allows players to harrass me and call me the N word and I get banned for 1 week for saying trash???

The enforcement team does not use the forums so we have no information about your suspension here. Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way to contact them and possible have the suspension overturned, but the site is having issues so all you can do is wait for it to update to show the suspension.

If your LIVE account has been banned then they should answer, if your CONSOLE has been banned then they don't. There is no way to reconcile a banned console.

bans don't always happen immediately, when someone messages you with offensive languages you should just report them and block them. if you answer back it's possible that you get a ban, so next time I suggest you don't answer back in an offensive way.

if you're banned from xbox live, post in the suspensions forum, you might get an answer there.

if you're banned from GoW3 only, maybe you should post on the epic forum, you might get an answer there.

i don't think you'll get the answers you need here.
