Banned and can't protect yourself in a Case Review/ banned for out of Context situations

I've had an unbearable problem just now that's ruining my Thanksgiving vacation!

the 1st day a spammer joins my party and spams his friend list with party invites, we kicked him.

the second day we were playing, he joins the party and starts inviting his friend list, we then kicked him out AGAIN and changed it to invite only, and of course, he then decides to report me for "[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]" in one of
our messages from 4 months ago (that was out of context from why he reported me, he reported us for kicking him out of the party), and of course the spammer gets away with no punishment while I get out with a 2 week communication ban, for an out of context
quote that was targeted at no one, this quote even by its self-was targeted at a joke that he the spammer made WITH us. So i chose to go do a case review and I get upheld, without my knowledge of what the problem that I was reported for was, I just put this
:

"I don't understand how I was banned for asking the party host to kick out a spammer out of the party, He spammed his whole friend's list into our parties. The way we acted went along with the community
guidelines, and we avoided unnessassry violence in our action. To my belief, I had been reported for a false reason, how can we be banned for following community guidelines."

Why I'm mostly [Mod Removed - Profanity] is that the agent in the enforcement team never asked for more information having to do with the message. Now I'm stuck with a 2-week ban for a joke that EVEN THE MAN THAT REPORTED ME MADE! So now
he's offended by what he created?

By the way, the message was sent about 4 months ago and now I'm being banned for it.

Why aren't we told what we were reported for, we can't even defend ourselves without even knowing what the problem is.

Can I have someone help me out or start another case review? Now I know why I was banned.

The crazy thing about this is that after they tell me what I got banned for they don't allow me to start a case review. To my belief at the time, I had the thought that I was reported for kicking him out of the party. Why does a problem have to rouse up
like this from a person who tries his best to make a mess out of what he has?

Can someone here contact with someone in the enforcement team now that I know what problem I need to explain is?

Wrongly Communication Banned

Xbox Enforcement is a absolute joke. On the front page it says "Context Matters," however, in their case review where they left my ban for 2 weeks, they used no evidence of context.

You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.

Unfortunately NO ONE in the forums, or even Microsoft Support can assist with enforcement actions. The Enforcement team is only contactable via the

case review process. If you've submitted a case review and it was upheld, you will have to wait out the suspension.

If you reported the user, you will not receive notice that the user did or did not receive a suspension. Best you may receive is a "thank you for your submission".

 

No one here has contact with the enforcement team.

recommended by Mistress Sara. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

In relation to the belief that you'd be banned due to a number of complaints, that is something that people seem to widely believe but is not true. Its possible that there was something else done previously that triggered the suspension. You can read into
