    as the title says. I was voice communications banned by one of my friends because he reported me after I fell asleep with the Mic on close to music. I submit a dispute only to get a computer generated response. Next day I get another communications ban for
    harrassimg amd threatening. "Keep in mind I'm already comm banned so I cant exactly talk". Then I get an email sayimg I am comm banned for 100 more days. Calling microsoft support they inform me I also have a console ban. "I'm not going to say how rediculous
    this is". Now I was going to buy the new Xbox console but that's not going to happen with 100 day ban. Ive reported people with PROOF of game tampering and ill see them in a libby 2-3 days later. And then I get reported by salty kids on gta because of music
    through a Mic . I am told there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to contact the enforcment teams other than this (insert foul language here) dispute system that is outdated. No this is my account and my money I demand and deserve answers. I have been with xbox for over
    8 years and I will be going to Sony if I cannot get this resolved. I request a phone number or email from anyone that can help thanks.

    Investigates can take time, so you could be suspended for something that happened weeks ago.

    The enforcement team members are the only ones who can do anything about any suspensions they issued. They do not use the forums. They can only be contacted through the case review process on

    A couple things to keep in mind, the separate suspensions are most likely issued for separate incidents. This page explains it very well: Xbox Enforcement | What's Happening.

    The other - just because you see a user you reported still playing a day or two after you submitted a report doesn't mean they got away scot free. Odds are the report
    is still being investigated. Every report is looked into and investigations take time. Sure some may be issued quickly, others can take longer. The enforcement team will not provide any users updates on any reported incidents.

    Should you decide to move to Sony, remember they have some of the same rules as Microsoft.

  5. Honestly the amount of times i've heard that first line you could quote it (if you know what i'm talking about). But good luck contacting enforcement team because you can only send 1 message and they will 99.9% decline you, but you most well give it a try.

    Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take
    you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into.

    Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called
    "Review" next to the current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

    Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
    team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.
