As long as you've filed complaints on them the enforcement team will investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

also making fake profiles and sending threats is allowed on xbox too right? yea im paying for these services i dont pay so people can ban me for not wanting to give them my email and password

The enforcement team can't do anything about anything done anywhere else other than Live. So if they're threatening you through social media, you would need to report them through those sites as well.

dude ive been reporting and blocking every fake profile they have made but they keep them coming i dont reply to people on xbox cause they just report my messages and i dont even curse them out, like i want to man, its always something bro, im about to
lose a couple months of gold for not wanting to give away my email and password, this is a GREAT XBOX EXPERIENCE
