Banned after getting unbanned

I was just recently banned and then right after I was unbanned, another suspension hit my account and has banned me until October 21st.

Pls help

You might still be able to play single player offline. Though you will most likely get banned from Xbox Live until the game releases (important bit being you are unbanned after the game releases), if they see you are online while playing it.

 

I got communication bannes for no reason

So today i get friendly fired in a game and right after that i get communication banned for doing nothing and i really need help getting unbanned.

 

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

I've went to the enforcement.xbox.com website but there are no active bans for my account and I was just talking to a Xbox support team member and they sent me this link to write a forum and have a enforcement and ban moderator look into the case.
