banned after being harassed

after being harassed in a party and sent hundreds of spam invites I retaliated with a message which resulted in me getting com banned for 8 days. I feel this is ludicrous and these guys are laughing at the fact they succeeded in getting my account com banned?
I feel a great sense of injustice.

can an admin please review my case or unblock my accounted as I was unfairly goaded in to it.

Looking for Accound Suspension Ambassador?

I was told by Microsoft support that I needed to make a post here in order to find an ambassador to help appeal my suspension. I was messaged by someone I was playing with and harassed, and when I responded all he had said was "enjoy your ban " and within
seconds I was banned. I don't feel like I should be suspended when all I did was respond to being harassed by a stranger. Also, how does someone get banned within seconds after a report?

I was Abuse and harassment banned 1 days after being communication banned I get why I was communication banned and learned from my lesson but I do not understand how I could of abused someone or harassed anyone while I was still communication banned please

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communication instead of responding. It doesn't matter how a situations starts, if you
respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

 

the can still send party invites if you block them , I had over 200 notifications
