Banned accounts that should've been banned

If there is no way to get ahold of the enforcement team except for trying to get a case review, then how do you know the youtube video is fake? are you payed by xbox or are you a member of the enforcement team? How do you know all complaints filed are
investigated thoroughly by a real person if no one can actually talk or communicate with the enforcement team? Just because Microsoft says so? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. your funny. Ive never ever ever heard of or seen a decision being overturned. quit

The enforcement team hasn't always used the enforcement site. That's only been around for about a year. Previously, they did use the forums so you could actually get a little more information about how they functioned. They may have stopped using the forums,
but the way they actually function is still the same.

There have been a few posts with enforcement actions being overturned.

After my main account Just and my girlfriends account Gramma were perma banned for nothing or as they say soliciting which we didn't do and there is still no proof of any kind or have I been told why. We made a silver account "John Always" just to at least
watch Netflix and go look over that account. The enforcment team banned it for 2 weeks from communications for CHEATING. 1st off, how? We just watch Netflix and 2nd cheating is always a automatic 9999 ban but it get a banned forbid 2 weeks. Reguardless the
entire thing is fraud. I want my main accounts back. This is ridiculous. Xbox enforcment needs to Ben put down.

You are sent an email if you receive a ban or suspension telling you the reason.

What you've seen on youtube is fake.The system is not automated,every report is investigated by real people & it's exactly the same as it was on the xbox 360,there's just more people on xbox live now so more people are committing offences & getting caught.I've
been on xbox live since it began & using these forums for the same amount of time.,The only thing that has changed is the way you contact the enforcement team,you file a case review & your case is investigated for a 2nd time by another person & the decision
is either overturned or upheld,before it use to be in an enforcement section on the forums.

As many of us have told you,there's nothing anyone on the forums can do.If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,you remain banned.

and the other offense on my account was only because I was trying to get a 2 day ban to override my 9999 ban that was given to me for some strange reason, just accused. Amazing

If I where you dude, best learn this hard lesson and move on. MS and Enforcement team won't ever budge unless you can take them to a court with the very slightest chance of winning. So long amigo.

Hey there -

As everyone in this thread has pointed out, Xbox Live Enforcement does not use the forums. The only way to speak with Enforcement about any actions taken on your account is via the Case Review option. As you have been through that process and they have denied
your appeal, there is nothing else to do at this point.

Also, please take a moment and read over the
Xbox Forum Rules and Guidelines. Note that creating multiple threads regarding the same topic is against the rules. This is your second thread on the same subject. Any further we find will be removed outright.

As you've already been told,the enforcement team do not use the forums.

You do not get banned just because you use the same ip address as someone else who got banned.

You would of been thoroughly investigated before any action was taken against you & a permanent ban is only issued if you have already had multiple suspensions before or the violation of the ToU/CoC is very severe.

You forfeit all digital content,remaining live subs etc. when your account is banned which is something you agreed to when you started your account.

It's the same enforcement team,it's not new.Where are these thousands of people that are being screwed over or do you mean the ones that are caught breaking the rules & are banned/suspended but all swear they are innocent?

You honestly think they are just banning people at random without any type of investigation & proof?

To be honest, I think it's a computer automated system. Xbox live support and everyone else who works for Microsoft talks like these people ( Enforcemnt Team ) are goddesses from neverlanda/mystical magical creatures that are significantly better than everyone
and no one can get in contact with them. Writing a " Case Review " that's it, no source of human interaction to really truly dispute the issue or problem? They just slam the book and that's it. The Enforcement Team is full of jokes and everyone's knows it
and everyone knows how much a flaud it is in the system and you know it's way worse compared to 360 so don't even compare the two. Research xbox live enforcment team, YouTube/google and maybe it will open some eyes. I made a silver account after I got banned
and it got banned from communications for 2 weeks no explanations, I still have the message lol. It's a flaud, you know it, I know it, everyone knows it and we need a voice. 10 plus year may I remind you again that I've been with Xbox. I play game so not
commit soliciting. Then you guy said expect people to buy everything back and that's the key, dirty money. We need a voice because the enforcment team is a joke. Oh and still no explanation on my accounts being banned.
