Banned accounts that should've been banned

Hello Microsoft enforcement, I'm posting on these forums because this is all that I know left to do since my beloved account and my girlfriends account were banned forever. I've been a loyal customer to Xbox since the first xbox has ever came out and have
never had any problems with xbox and have never had to call her research on their word, just a normal consumer playing and enjoying the system. I've paid thousands of dollars throughout my time with Xbox and every penny was spent well because I enjoy xbox,
it is my all time great hobby. Now to get to the other point on why I'm here. My main account and my girlfriends account were banned for a reason that doesn't correlate to us. My brothers Xbox account "Bakin" was permanently banned for solicting in November.
He then went to college and left his xbox due to the fact that he got banned. He gave it to me and I downloaded my account "Just" and my girlfriends account "Gramma". We played for months with no problems, just watching Netflix and playing Halo like we always
do. Then, out of no where as we were watching Netlfix, both of our accounts were permently banned for soliciting as well. I believe and know the reason behind this. It may be because we have the same IP address as my brother did, so the Enforcement team banned
our accounts in addition to his, I'm not sure. We love xbox and know the code of conduct like the back of our hand and would never break these rules. We want to stay with xbox but we need our accounts back that we dearly love and enjoy that we have spent
countless time, money and memories on. In addition to that, we don't want any problems and I don't want to come off rude but we need our hobby back Microsoft Enforcement. We have't done anything wrong to deserve the Ban Hammer. We got banned for Soliciting
when we weren't. My girlfriend doesn't even use her account or even know how to send messages to people and she got banned for soliciting. The console is't banned, I use it everyday, of course not on my beloved main account, just a random silver account to
watch Netflix. We're victims of the circumstance and paid a lot of money for the things on our accounts and are banned and shouldn't. We've already conducted Case Reviews and in the reviews they stated that our accounts were guilty and gave no evidence or
reason on why, just banned us. They were extremely vague and did not show any concern or care at all. Furthermore, them not having a contact number or email and only way to be "Contacted" is through Case Reviews is awful and can't help anyone because there
is no conversation. The customer has no say and cannot explain anything person to a person. On top of that, they only give 500 characters for the customer to get on their knees and plead on why the violation occurred, that is if one even occured and we can't
even reply. This will rid away all gamers and familys. There has to be someone to reach out and let Microsoft know that this ET ( Enforcement Team ) is ruining Xbox and ruining it fast. Taking money from thousands of people who can't afford this happening
to them, including me and for me to have it all taken away for something that I haven't even done and can't even get an explanation is heart breaking. I was excited to buy the new games coming up this year in 2017 and can't even enjoy them. Something needs
to change, I've researched and thousands of people are getting Terminated ( Banned ) for things that shouldn't even be put into consideration. Xbox 360 was perfect, now with Xbox One, gamers are afraid to be their selves with the intent that they might get
banned. People can be banned for 2 weeks/forever just by another party getting all of their friends to report. Ultimately, this system is broken and needs work and they need to unbanned the people who truly haven't done anything or deserve it. It should be
all about the customers but with the ET there is no customer service. They just take and leave good paying customers in the dirt and that is wrong Xbox. My account and my girlfriends account don't deserve to be banned. I just wanna be a happy gamer again.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

You do not get banned just because you use the same ip address as someone else who got banned.

You would of been thoroughly investigated before any action was taken against you & a permanent ban is only issued if you have already had multiple suspensions before or the violation of the ToU/CoC is very severe.

You forfeit all digital content,remaining live subs etc. when your account is banned which is something you agreed to when you started your account.

 

yeah? I've been with Xbox for 10 years with no problems and as soon as this enforcement team comes on everyone's getting banned. I didn't have one suspension just woke up and got banned

 

Why is it microsoft is the only ones that make you forfeit up all digital content like games,dlc,etc sony,steam,etc they will transfer licenses to other accounts if your acc were to be banned!

 

Umm no nothing gets transfers on psn

Only service that does is steam and only on non banned accounts you can play without a master accounf but only on the primary consoles

No service including Sony allows for transfer you can have gifting on steam pm non banned accounts

 

There has to be something that can be done, it takes the click of a button. You and I both know that the XBLET is screwing over thousands of people and its ridiculous. They don't care about any of their customers and something will be done or else they're
going to lose everyone or a mass majority of their customers. Things are getting bad, just research EXLET and you will see the 100's of people who post daily and its outrageous and there's no justice. Someone needs to speak up. I haven't done anything to
deserve it. I can't even get a reason on why I was banned just accused.

But if you've already made an appeal and the decision was upheld then I'm very sorry but that will be the end of it and there is nothing anyone in here can do

 

It's the same enforcement team,it's not new.Where are these thousands of people that are being screwed over or do you mean the ones that are caught breaking the rules & are banned/suspended but all swear they are innocent?

You honestly think they are just banning people at random without any type of investigation & proof?

 

To be honest, I think it's a computer automated system. Xbox live support and everyone else who works for Microsoft talks like these people ( Enforcemnt Team ) are goddesses from neverlanda/mystical magical creatures that are significantly better than everyone
and no one can get in contact with them. Writing a " Case Review " that's it, no source of human interaction to really truly dispute the issue or problem? They just slam the book and that's it. The Enforcement Team is full of jokes and everyone's knows it
and everyone knows how much a flaud it is in the system and you know it's way worse compared to 360 so don't even compare the two. Research xbox live enforcment team, YouTube/google and maybe it will open some eyes. I made a silver account after I got banned
and it got banned from communications for 2 weeks no explanations, I still have the message lol. It's a flaud, you know it, I know it, everyone knows it and we need a voice. 10 plus year may I remind you again that I've been with Xbox. I play game so not
commit soliciting. Then you guy said expect people to buy everything back and that's the key, dirty money. We need a voice because the enforcment team is a joke. Oh and still no explanation on my accounts being banned.

 

You've had an explanation,you were banned for soliciting.Now it turns out it's not the first time you've had enforcement action on your account.

You are sent an email if you receive a ban or suspension telling you the reason.

What you've seen on youtube is fake.The system is not automated,every report is investigated by real people & it's exactly the same as it was on the xbox 360,there's just more people on xbox live now so more people are committing offences & getting caught.I've
been on xbox live since it began & using these forums for the same amount of time.,The only thing that has changed is the way you contact the enforcement team,you file a case review & your case is investigated for a 2nd time by another person & the decision
is either overturned or upheld,before it use to be in an enforcement section on the forums.

As many of us have told you,there's nothing anyone on the forums can do.If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,you remain banned.

 

Never rely on YouTube from non official sources

Any person can make a fake video

Doesnt make it real yet noone has been able to sue ms ever over enforcement

FYI the one lady who tried to use her sons disabilityom national tv was publically proved wrong and she apologized on national tv

She solicitated the cheat which ended being an moded account

being a silver account doesn't prevent you from msging

You can still do so from a console have you checked everyone who has access to your console maybe you should start questioning that

 

Maybe because you don't forfeit all digital content if you're permanently suspended, at least for the Xbox One. On the Xbox 360 it's dependent on whether you still have the device license for your digital games.
