Banned Accounts (MUST READ)

look at the enforcement teams responses in this link: [Mod Removed]. They're
[Mod Removed] and don't even give a crap about anyone but themselves! They never even try to help you in the slightest, they only tell you the "reason" why you got banned on the forums which is pointless because the email already tells you
that, but to make matters worse they even make a joke out of the "reason" you got banned if you do try posting on the forums for help. Every time you call their support line they always say they can't help you and always direct you to their useless forums
and that's rubbish! We all know that the forums are are a joke, the only way I've ever heard of someone getting unbanned was from a YouTube video. Now they have the audacity to stop the banned account forums so we can't even tell them about our problems (not
that it would matters anyways because they don't care) but if there was ever a chance that some enforcement member would have an ounce of sympathy for another human being to actually help us that's out of the question now because the just changed it so that
you're only able to make a case on the website shortly after your account gets banned and get this, you have a time frame window! So this means all the people that were previously banned don't even have the option to open a case. That method would have actually
been good if everyone was able to open a case and not have a limited amount of time but no, it's Microsoft so they're complete tools who don't want to deal with their problems. Not to mention at least half of the people on Xbox Live have been getting banned
for no reason or because of getting infections from someone on an older Call of Duty game that they didn't even ask for. What bull Microsoft! I thought you were better than this but you show that you're nothing but heartless tools that give zero cares about
your own mistakes. My account [Mod Removed] banned for over 4 years and they took away all of my stuff that I have purchased and my hard earned time that I put into the account like I'm a criminal, as if they weren't bad enough they try to
make you spend your thousands of dollars that you've invested on your account on a new one! That's beyond messed and I'm surprised they're still getting away with this. Do what I do and don't give the criminals money! If you want something then get it Licence
Transferred from a friend, and if you have an Xbox One do "Home Xbox's" with friends so they you can get their gold and their games. I'm not spending another cent on Microsoft unless I get my old account back. P.S I even used the banned account forums before
they ended it and one of the enforcement member said my account was unbanned and that I should be able to access it "just fine". Long story short it wasn't unbanned and they removed the thread, but I still got the screenshot to prove it in this link:

I used to do nothing but support your consoles but now I can't even look at them without feeling angry and like I wasted a lot of time and money. I have little hope for Microsoft at this point but I thought I'd give them one last shot before blowing the candle
out.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Permanent bans are just that,permanent.

You will not get the account unbanned no matter how much you apologise.

You were warned.The ToU/CoC that you agreed to when starting your account are your warning.

Some offenses are so severe they are issued a permanent ban straight away instead of a suspension.

I know it's not what you want to hear but best to just move on,you wont get that account back ever.

I do kinda miss the Enforcement Forums, they were always a good read in the morning. Worth at least a laugh or five.

 

I'm aware of that. If you read the whole comment you'd know that I'm exposing Microsoft for being unprofessional and even lying. I'm also simply notifying others about Microsoft's shady tactics and how to get by without giving them your money again after
they wronged you.

I got caught? What did I get caught with? I was in a lobby on Call of Duty Word At War with people that were hacking and (XBLPET Mike) came into the lobby and banned everyone. You can't help when you get into hacked lobby's on that game. Activision, the
publishers are too lazy to fix it and if you try playing that game today you'll notice nothing's changed and it's still hacked. Then when I post to the forums one of your enforcement team members says my account should be unbanned and work "just fine" when
it isn't and he/shecan't even spell correctly, LOL! Take a look:[Mod Removed] I don't care about the account I just find it messed how the enforcement team is so ban happy and flawed and when they ban you how they take all the stuff you purchased
along with the account. I'm going to keep spreading that link to show how faulty the enforcement team is and get the word out. You can try putting the blame on me as much as you want but I'm just a casual gamer who has been wronged.

 

I even tried to leave the modded lobbies and play Black Ops 1 but XBLPET Mike still attacked me because I was in that modded lobby prior. You guys are defending an enforcement team that are abusing their power. Also look at the reasons why the enforcement
website says I'm banned: [Mod Removed] God, I love screenshots!

 

When you receive a ban you forfeit all remaining gold time,digital content etc.

You agreed to this when you started your account.

If you keep posting that link it will only get removed & eventually you will get banned from the forums as well.

 

I'm aware of that, that's why I said I think it's unfair that you lose all the stuff you purchased along with the account. Do you not agree that when an enforcement member says that your account should be unbanned that it should be unbanned? Also if I get
banned from the forums for this I'll just move onto Twitter because people have to know about how faulty the enforcement team is and how to get by with a new account without rebuying your stuff. This forum is only to help people that have been wrongfully banned
and to expose Microsoft for having a faulty enforcement team.

 

Hey can anyone help me I got suspended for my 1st time from talking to people and sending messages would any of you guys know how long I will be suspended

 

Good luck getting help from these people. Go here:
enforcement.xbox.com/home and click on the hammer. That's ridiculous how they suspend you from communicating with other players, that's a big part of Xbox Live, but then again it's the enforcement team so I'm not surprised. Hope I helped you!

You can't ask for a case review if the suspension is 24 hours.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you how long your suspension is.

First time communication suspensions are usually 24 hours.
