Banned Account

These two people on Xbox live have been threatening to gather my Xbox Live information for quite sometime now and unfortunately they've gathered a lot of my personal information. Now that they have done this, they have been threatening to order pizzas to
my house and post my personal information online. After informing them that I'll be filing multiple complaints, the next day when I try and go onto the account, to my surprise I find out that it's been banned forever... In my opinion, this is really unfair
because these two people have DDOSSED peoples routers (including mine), gathered my personal information and are threatening to order pizzas to my house and upload it. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is Cyber-bullying and therefore THEY should be banned,
not me. I'm just a bit disappointed because I've been a loyal Microsoft fan for years now and I really do enjoy the Microsoft consoles, but when this happens it makes me think twice about whether or not it is what people make it out to be. I hope you can help
me guys.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

When it comes to Enforcement related issues, the Enforcement Team are the only ones that can answer those questions.

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx keep in mind, it's a moderated forum so posts won't appear right away.

If you believe the players may have accessed your account and caused your ban, you can call support an file an Unauthorized Account Access report and have it looked into.
