banned account

Hi all iv been seening a lot more of ye have been getting banned and ye have been posting up here trying to get your account back, hate to tell you YOUR NEVER GETTING IT BACK, my account was used with my consent, i got a life time ban when i was away for
a few weeks, XBOX dont give a **** about any of US, all they want is money.. if u swear in a game thats ment for 18year olds and over you get a mic ban because KIDS under 18 got affened. xbox need to sort thing out befour they ban people, people spend a lot
of money on GAMES,DLC,MOIVES and other stuff, and ye just ban us for life with no chance of getting it back.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

Online play on any game does not have an age rating.

An 18 rated game means it it can't be bought by anyone under 18 years old,it doesn't mean they can't play it.

So you let someone use your account,which is against the ToU/CoC & they broke the rules which got the account banned.

Not sure what you expect Microsoft to do but I suggest you get the person who used your account to refund you for all the content you lost but at the end of the day this is entirely your fault for letting someone else use your account.

Yeah,that's a tricky one as it was done in your house on your console & your isp.

My other answer still stands though,i'd get your cousin to refund you all the money you've lost as it is their fault if what you said is true.

I'd put a pass code on any of your accounts/profiles so they don't have access to them in the future.
