    I was banned from Xbox live because I was accused of marketplace theft I don't know what I did wrong I was just playing Battlefield 4 Formula 1 2013 and YouTube please check my activity from August 10 to 19

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    I did that but the decision was upheld but the thing is that they didn't show me any proof so I could get banned

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. The PET are completely in charge of that and do investigate every claim prior to handing down an enforcement action.

    Also, Marketplace Theft could include such things as lending or selling your gamertag so that others would get free access to your content or gaining content for your account that would not normally be available in your region.

    I even called Microsoft support and they said to o to the forums so I could find an answer because I dont know why I got banned i didnt violate the code of conduct all I need is proof that I did something wrong if there is non and believe me there is no
    proof of me violating the code of conduct I should be unbanned

    Sorry, but support is incorrect. At one point the enforcement team did use the forums, but they don't anymore. They are the only ones with information on your ban. If they upheld your ban, then they did find that you did something to violate the code of
    conduct or terms of use. Even when they did use the forums, they have never given any specifics about bannings. Per the terms you agreed to, they are not obligated to.

    Why have i been banned for checking on my other accounts that i haven’t used in awhile??

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.

    Hi! if it's a console ban, the account is not affected by the ban. If it's an account ban, you'll have to open a new account.

    A console ban will not do anything to your account. Harassment is more likely to cause his account to be permanently banned rather than a console ban. But if there is a console ban it does not ban the accounts on the console.

    no their accounts are not account banned.

    As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

    so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
