    Um, this is easily accomplished. Clip > Report

    I'm not sure where you are getting your information from but it is false. It really is as simple as don't violate the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct and all is well. Every Report to the XBLPET is viewed by a real person and accuracy of the Report is checked
    and the Player that Reported it is checked for accuracy in their Reporting.

    You stated JTAG.. If that is reference to console jtag hack, that is an absolute ban. That is seen as a modified console to cheat and pirate games.

    Nick A62.... you are freaking SPOT ON, sir.... this just happened to me last night. some dude banned me from a Battlefield 4 server for shooting his C4 on the helipad because I didn't want him to blow it up as I took off with the chopper, then sent me messages
    until I finally got mad enough to respond.... now I have a 24 hour communication suspension. I'm sure he was trolling me and I took the bait. Live and learn, I guess.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.

    Hi! if it's a console ban, the account is not affected by the ban. If it's an account ban, you'll have to open a new account.

    A console ban will not do anything to your account. Harassment is more likely to cause his account to be permanently banned rather than a console ban. But if there is a console ban it does not ban the accounts on the console.

    As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

    so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
