Banned Account

I got banned on my account Flex Tranq, multiple times though, I got banned for cheating which I never did because I utterly despise cheaters, I got banned for being too agressive and then I got permanently banned for being too agressive as well even though
I hadn't used my account for a month! I don't understand the fact I got banned even though I didn't do anything, I only communicated with friends and that was on skype not even xbox live messages, only thing I did on xbox live was asking friends to join me
or add me on skype, apperantly I was agressive and sending death threats to people? Even after my appeal nothing happend, I'd prefer to get a bigger explanation as of why I was banned because this is very odd towards me.

Anyone else that has this happen to them please tell me and explain what they did to fix it because I do not like the fact I have been banned for things I did not do. If I send messages there is something called JTag which could have *** me over.

I spend a lot of money on my account, purchasing games and dlc's...

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

Yes, the XBLPET has become a weapon for trolls in games. They know how the system works, they will taunt you in game in the hopes of you sending a message they know will get you banned. The XBLPET is a measure of ineptitude and/or laziness, it is a brutalization
with only the purpose of punishment rather protection; one text message bans you from ALL communication.

Under the guise of creating a safer environment, they fail. We've all heard how people, kids talk to each other in their lives, in schools, at work, even our presdidental candidates our threaten peoples lives with impunity. Yet, the XBLPET is delusional
in thinking they're making anything safer when it is ONLY about abuse of power on their part.

The very notion that they can control peoples behavior by brutalizing peoples' accounts in akin to fascism. The experiment is three years, it failed. There are enough mechanisms for people to protect themselves, the XBLPET should be disbanded.

That's right P1nd4, it's insidious. Not only is it impossible to reach them, they do NOTHING for protection! Nothing! It's all about punishment and the fallacy that by banning people they're going make world safer.

Here, try this. Add the person you sent the message to, as a friend. Yup! It works! Where's the protection?! FAIL!

It's psychotic. Facebook does not do that. The game Mobile Strike will replace foul language with '*', but not xbox live, oh no, they're all about pain and vindiction. It is lazy and inept.

 

Don't send offensive messages or use offensive language & you've got nothing to worry about.

Why would you want to add someone who sent you an offensive message? That's a silly argument really.

By suspending offensive players they are protecting people on Xbox live.

 

Clearly you don't get it. You think that xbox live messaging is the only way to be offensive? What about video clips that show someone being offensive to me in games? What about the game chat audio of a 13 year old calling me a ****? You can't report any
of that, XBLPET is oblivious to all of that. We just move on, no one is traumatized by it.

XBLPET is lazy. It's like using a shotgun to swat a harmless fly in a jungle filled with mosquitoes. If someone sends an offensive text messge then fine, text messaging should be blocked for time, not everything, that's just brutality. The whole thing is
completely is pointless anyway, the recipient can easily block the sender forever, so just do that automatically and be done with it.

The XBLPET is not addressing the root cause of the dialog, most people who have responded to me about their experiences said they were responding to someone's rude message or to how they were treated in games.

The XBLPET's approach is lazy, ineffective and barbaric. Period.

 

Of course you can report that.As long as you have that persons gamertag then you can report them for offensive video's & in game chat.

 

I tried today to report a game clip, there's no option to do it.
