Banned account

My account was banned till the year 9999, after "reports of cheating" then a little later came a forced gamertag change now all this is BS, i've been a member of xbox live for 9 years with 3 gamertags & none of the them have EVER
been banned! I'm not happy about the ban but i'm more p***** about my
paid downloaded games i spent the past 2 years building on the account which was on both Xbox 360/Xbox one consoles. I just want back what i paid for & own!!

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

I filed for a case review but the decision is upheld.. From what microsoft told me, the Enforcement team can do a transfer, Microsoft can't do them because "Their tool doesn't allow them to do it". The last thing i did was have a crew battle on GTA V Online
then the next day i was banned, makes no sense..

 

No one can do a transfer.

As I've posted,once your account is banned you forfeit any digital content,currency,live time etc.

I can't comment on why you were banned but I can tell you that you will not get your digital items back.

 

Thanks for the help guys, i know i've lost my games/DLC but this was the last thing i thought i'd try before admitting defeat.. Looks like i'm starting from the bottom again haha.. Have a good day guys
