Banned account ?

Hello the enforcement Team,

My account was banned I think it is a error or/And I was a victim of phishing or I do not know what.

I use a Game password version code to try a month that a friend gave me and to share on his entourage the source of the site: Http://freekeys.opsgaming.fr/jv/gamepa

I never stole neither cheated nor defrauded on the live check my account and the history of my purchases please

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

how do you know that? Xbox-Support told me to use this forum to contact the enforcement team.

For me for example there is the problem that I cant reply to my case but the status requires that I answer. So how can I get in touch with someone to resolve this problem?

Your answer that rapidjoey815563 should open a case is right. But what about my situtation for example, if you are stuck right in the middle of the case - for example my case is in the status "need info" - if I click on the link nothing happens...

The enforcement team stopped using the forums a couple of years ago when they created the enforcement site. Unfortunately support still tends to send people here, but they are incorrect.

The issue you are having has been affecting others lately too. All we can suggested on the website is to try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

 

Already done it doesn't work.

Hey there! The only way to contact the Xbox LIVE Policy and Enforcement Team is through a process called Case Review. The Enforcement Team used to use the forums, but
have since evolved. For more information about your suspension, please click here. Additionally, please do not post your email or offsite links. If support
told you to use the forums to contact enforcement, clearly they have been living under a rock, because enforcement stopped using the forums back in 2015. I wish you luck.

We will miss you. But please bear in mind we are not trying to be mean. In all honesty, Smwutches (Xbox Ambassador) has no power whatsoever to unban you. She is just a volunteer in the community who enjoys helping people. A while back, I thought they were
