Banned account, yet no email to say I was.

My old account has been banned. I was playing fine like any other, day go out for an hour to come back not being able to login. I have not received an email to linked Xbox account stating I'm banned. I had to log on to Xbox via pc to confirm this. I have
made a new account also and it's not allowing me to add payment details to set up monthly subscription, why is this?

Also with said new account (that's not even two days old) I have been notified by support team that I have a suspension for month. As a Xbox customer for many years now I'm quite disappointed with all of this (the recently made account). I know enforcement
team have their job to do but seriously two day old new account barley played on it to get a months suspension it's nuts and again I haven't received email or message within my Xbox account to say I have been suspended.

Would be great help if I could get advice and help so I can continue with Xbox. Thanks.

Lmfao! I honestly don't even know why I got banned. I emailed ign and asked them why I got banned but they never emailed me back

 

Communication ban

my XBL account got communication banned, i recieved the email and proceeded to check the enforcement link to refute the claim. Upon loading the page, no action is listed with today's date and there is no trace of a ban, yet i still can't use messaging

 

You can log into the Enforcement website and view your enforcement history from there and file a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
