Banned Account - Wanting To Get Unbanned - GT: xXLegacy KingXx

Hi my name's Nathan, I have account that was banned in 2013 for a small violation, I was not allowed to access forums with that account so I am using my new account to publish this. I caused no harm to any fellow gamers nor did I use anything to cheat my
way through a game. But yet I received a permanent banned. I was 13 years old at the time and I didn't know what to do about it. Now I would like to file a case review in hopes to get my account back so I can still use the content I have purchased. Unfortunately
when I go to my enforcement history, I'm not allowed to apply for a review since it's been over 12 months since the ban was enforced. I'm now here hoping to get a chance to get my old account back, if anyone can help me please let me know. Here is the info

That's not the right place to ask. It is only for asking why you were banned, they wont answer any other enquiries.

Phone support is the place to go. Call and ask them to open an Unauthorised Access Case. If they find in your favour you have the possibility to have your account unbanned.

Sorry my friend once you are banned, that's it. You can appeal by phone but rest assured, If you are banned an investigation has already happened. May I ask what you mean by the console was hacked??? Seems very unlikely.... What reason was given as to
why? GOOD LUCK!!!

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

As the ban was issued over 12 months ago you are not eligible for a case review.

There is no way to appeal the ban so the account will remain banned.

There is nothing you can do i'm afraid.
