Banned account UGCx Croyzz x

I was told to post here to contact the enforcement team, by a staff named Marie, I'd like to know if you will be able to unban or atleast have a conversation with me about why my account has been banned and if things like season passes, etc. will be
refunded. What had happened is I went away on the Sunday Night until Yesterday to come back to find out my console was banned, for no reason of what I could think of, so I plugged in my old console, to get an error code 8015D000 on my account, and now come
today I have been given a ban, since I was away from my xbox for a week, I have no clue why I was banned. Since I was away all that week without the access of internet!

PLEASE HELP!!

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

my account was banned for no reason these guys said they will just keep reporting my profile so i keep getting banned my account is X Party Horse X can you please do something about it

Usually within 24 hours, but they are only likely to repeat what you were told in your email.

 

I wasn't able to read the email, as they temporarily blocked that aswell.

 

They don`t block your email account when they ban you.

That would defeat the purpose of sending you the email.

 

I will show you a picture if you like. They have temporarily blocked my email account, both of which was linked to my xbox live account.

 

The enforcement team only suspend/ban your Xbox account. They have no control over your email account. If you're having issues with your email account, you need to contact support for that.
