Banned account on FIFA 17 for no reason whatsoever

Hi,

Any help that anyone can give me would be most appreciated here as we have reached dire straits with EA over this problem.

My son's Fifa 17 EA account has been banned from online play by EA which now makes his Ultimate Team inaccessible. We have absolutely no idea why this has happened as we have only ever purchased EA products ie, FIFA points and have not been involved in any
illegal trading on Fifa 17 of any kind whatsoever.

In playing the game we have bought and invested hundreds of pounds in EA's Fifa Points to develop my son's Premiership team that we were making together. This money spent was supposed to last him for this ongoing Fifa 17 year and we spent it as an investment
in his happiness.

To also help along in acquiring the coins to be able to develop this team, we also did some trading on the Fifa 17 Transfer Market buying and selling Fitness Cards. We also have done a few Squad Building Challenges too within the game to earn some free packs
and players.

However, somehow we have managed to get our account banned from just doing the day to day playing of the game.

We have approached EA via email and have been pushed around from department to department in trying to clear this problem up. EA will not tell us exactly what we did wrong and when we did it, so we could have a focus point to home in our efforts in trying
to resolve this problem. All EA will do is give you a category that has been misused or abused in some way, but, in doing this we still have no idea why this has happened because the list is broad and long.

As far as customer service goes, EA are like god, whatever they say goes and you have no say in it. The decision they make is final and you do not have the ability to try and explain or defend what you might have been doing that could have resulted in this
action taken. If you are innocent then this does not matter as they are god and what they say goes no matter what.

I (my son's father) was the person playing the game when this action took place and I can honestly say that I did nothing wrong or illegal and I also do not know in the slightest what might have caused this.

EA are treating us like criminals when we have only ever been law abiding and honest people. I would not be taking the time to fight a battle like this if I believe that that we actually did something wrong.

I'm at my wits end now trying to help my 12 year old son out. This game has completely destroyed our faith in EA and their responsibility to handle this correctly. No one will talk to us and emails seem to be sent by robots that do not have a personal touch
of any kind.

As I have said above, we have spent hundreds of pounds in a game that was supposed to last us a year but has now been completely taken away from us with no access whatsoever. I would have never spent this money with them playing and developing a team in
Fifa 17 if I would have known that the rug could have been pulled from our feet at any point whatsoever losing everything you have done within the game. We not only invested real life £s but we also spent more hours than I care to remember creating what we
considered to be a great team to play with.

Please can you help us out as this game is my son's life with his online friends and he now cannot play it anymore for a reason that we do not know. If EA are going to persist on falsely accusing us of being criminals of some kind and to leave our account
permanently banned, then what can we do to get our money back that was spent on this game?

Gamertag Banned for seemingly no reason whatsoever.

Today I was casually watching Transformers: Dark of the Moon on my Xbox 360, when all of the sudden, I was signed out. I attempted to sign back in, but my xbox prompted me to change my gamertag, I see nothing wrong with the following gamertag: .
Could you please enlighten me on how this gamertag doesn't abide by the Xbox LIVE policy? Thanks.
